We have 4 beautifully appointed treatment rooms set in a tranquil garden available for casual (hourly) and long term (half day/ full day) hire. Suitable for both consulting (psychology, psychotherapy, counselling, naturopathy etc) and also where a table is required (physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage etc). The wellbeing centre's garden is one of the hidden gems of the area. The vibe is warm, inviting and professional. Fast Wifi and Hicaps are also available.

Fresh and light-filled consultation room with comfortable seating, timber floors, air conditioning and storage facilities.
Suitable for psychology, coaching, counselling, psychotherapy, art therapy, naturopathy, nutrition etc.

Consultation room with comfortable seating, timber floors, air conditioning and storage facilities. It is also sound-proofed, so very quiet and private.
This space is suitable for any form of consulting from nutrition, counselling, naturopathy etc.

The Loft
Spacious bodywork/consult room. Great for those practitioners needing a little more space with a combination of seating alongside an electric massage table. This is a carpeted room with air conditioning and storage facilities.
Great for any modality, even small groups of up to 6 for meditation etc.

Bodywork room with large table, 2 chairs, timber floors, air conditioning and storage facilities. It is extensively sound proofed, quiet and private.
The space is suitable for any therapy where a table is required such as massage, hypnotherapy, acupuncture etc.

Where are you located?
175a Union St, Erskineville/Newtown On the corner of Union and Iredale Streets, Erskineville We are in a brightly coloured building opposite The Union Hotel.
How do I gain access to the wellbeing centre?
Upon making a booking you will receive an email with instructions for entering the premises.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is plenty of parking in the surrounding streets, a mix of all day and 2 hours unmetered.
Is there public transport nearby?
Plenty! Nearest Train Stations: Newtown Station 800m, St Peters 400m, Erskineville 800m. Frequent buses on King Street (see Transport NSW for timetable).
What are your rates?
$28 - $33 per hour (plus GST) Please see room descriptions for different room rates.
How do I make a booking?
On our website’s homepage, simply click on the ‘Book a Therapy Room’ button, which takes you directly to this booking page. Select the Therapy Room you wish to book and click through to the Booking Schedule. Create an account or login and select the date and available timeslot you wish to book and continue to payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 6 hour cancellation Policy. Your booking is fully refundable until that time.
What are your opening hours?
8am - 9pm, 7 days
