We’ll explore chaturanga, core stability, shoulder strength, backbends and inversion techniques, all building the foundations needed for poses such as crow, headstand, forearm stand and handstand.\nWhether you’re new to inversions or looking to develop your practice, this course offers a supportive and progressive approach to building strength, understanding alignment and developing confidence in more challenging postures.\nExpect to move, learn and play in a welcoming environment, with plenty of options and guidance to meet you where you are.\nNot suitable for complete beginners.\nMore Information\nThe investment is $180 for 6 x 75 minute classes.
