DESCRIPTION:Saturday, 21 November 2026 // 1.00pm – 3.00pm // $70 / $63 members price (10% off)\nJoin Teaghan and Indigo for a 2-hour journey designed to shift your awareness away from the external, aesthetic shape of a posture and towards the internal, felt experience of the body.\nWhat if your yoga practice became less about how the pose looks — and more about what you can actually feel?\nDrawing on Body-Mind Centering, somatics and non-dual Tantric philosophy, Teaghan will guide you through subtle alignment, micro-cues and energetic invitations — giving you space to slow down, get curious and discover new ways of experiencing familiar postures.\nThroughout the workshop, Indigo will weave in therapeutic assists inspired by her Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork practice — offering supportive touch to encourage release, deepen awareness and help you feel more connected to your body.\nTogether, the workshop is an exploration of practising from the inside out — slowing down, listening more closely and becoming increasingly sensitive to the subtle experience of movement, breath, touch and energy.\nA basic level of yoga experience is recommended and note students on the fortnightly membership receive 10% off.\n
