DESCRIPTION:Monday 2 January 2023 // 10.00am – 12.30pm // $60 In Person & Live Stream\nJoin Hayley Steadman for this new years workshop where we will explore and reflect on our intentions, move through a dynamic and playful practice and finish with deep relaxation and meditation. \nA beautiful way to start a yoga practice is by setting an intention. This could be bringing to mind someone we love, thinking of someone we know who is having a difficult time or simply remembering why we keep coming back to our mat and practise. Whatever it might be, intention creates meaning in our practice. It is something that we can keep coming back to when we get caught up in our emotions, distracted by our thoughts or lost in our struggles.\nThe new year brings many of us a feeling of starting again, letting go and looking forward. Instead of setting strict resolutions of things we will, or won’t do, that we often tend to keep for a few days or weeks, a more meaningful way to start the year is to reflect on our intentions and what we wish to create.
