DESCRIPTION:Saturday 8 July 2023 // 1.00pm – 3.00pm // $60 In Person\nJoin Hayley Steadman for this playful 2 hour workshop exploring inversions.\nInversions are a great way to build strength and stability in our yoga practice, both in the body and the mind. Challenging ourselves to go upside down can be a great way to cultivate perseverance and determination, as well as an opportunity to be playful and have fun in the process!\nJoin Hayley for 2 hours of inversion play. You can expect a dynamic warm up, strength drills, posture breakdown and skills exploration. We will focus on headstand, forearm stand and handstand, as well as playing with jumping, pressing and floating. There will be plenty of time to ask questions, to fall over and to try again in a supported group environment.\nThis workshop  is suitable for anyone who is looking to deepen their inversion practice and build on their strength and skills and / or a perfect next step if you have already taken a 6 week inversion foundation course with Hayley.\nNote it is not suitable for complete beginners as some basic understanding and stability in inversions is required for this workshop.\n
