DESCRIPTION:Saturday 26 August 2023 // 1.00pm – 2.30pm // $50 In Person\nJoin Danny Dolev ( https://unionstreetyoga.com.au/about/teachers/danielle-dolev/ ) for this in-depth 90 minute workshop exploring the shoulder joint complex.\nThis workshop is all about getting up close and personal with your shoulders! You will move through a specially designed sequence to increase flexibility and stability in this important area of your body. The workshop will include a combination of self massage techniques, stretches and strength work using subtle and refined motor control. By taking a considered and refined approach, this allows for a better understanding and awareness of the shoulder joint complex leading to increased shoulder health.\nDanny Dolev ( https://unionstreetyoga.com.au/about/teachers/danielle-dolev/ ) became interested in the shoulder joint complex after many years of practising dance, yoga and other forms of body movement. She experienced chronic tightness in her shoulders and after many years, this became the new normal. Her curiosity to seek answers led to great improvements and understanding within her own body. She’d love to share this knowledge with you. The shoulder joint complex is now Danny’s favourite joint in the body.\nThis workshop is suitable for all levels.\n
