DESCRIPTION:Introducing the ancient arts of conscious embodied intimacy.\nBe guided in activating your life force energy to use and direct in all areas of your life for health, joy, fulfillment and empowerment. Whether you are in relationship or not, these practices aim to enliven and embolden you at the core of your being. Discover a safe and sacred context for intimacy.\nThis workshop is open to all ages of women of any orientation. There will be plenty of information presented in a safe, welcoming and wholesome manner. The workshops are founded with the intention of empowerment, education and inspiration.\nAbout the Presenter\nWaratah Karleu is a Sex Therapist, Sacred Sexuality Educator, Author, Yogini, river swimmer and Deep soul Diva. Having studied and practiced the ancient arts of Tantra, Toaism, Yoga and Ayurveda for over 20 years, completing post graduate studies in Counselling and Sexual Health she brings a wealth of learnt and lived experience to her teachings. Waratah runs regular workshops in Adelaide and Melbourne as well as presenting at the 7 Sisters Festival on Mornington Penninsular.\nAll workshops are conducted in a safe, confidential and consensual environment. The aim is for nourishment and empowerment in an area that excites and intrigues us all and yet for most of us the chance to have a meaningful discussion does not present.
