DESCRIPTION:Join yoga and ayurveda teacher Katie Manitsas for an evening of magical alchemy on the full moon. Full moon is a time of abundance, creative expression and celebration. We will come together to practice creating sacred intentions, meditating, journaling, visualising and nurturing. Katie will share teachings of ayurveda sadhana relevant to that month’s energy. We end each circle with a guided deep relaxation and you will be served herbal tea specially blended and crafted by Felicia Robey to be seasonally potent and healing.\n
