Join Jamie as he guides you through 2 hours of essential non-flow based techniques and movement that will help your physical strength and mental wellbeing.
He’ll share quintessential flexibility, strength, balance and mobility exercises which help alleviate common symptoms of modern life. These include decompression of the lower back, opening of the hips, strengthening of the core, plus balancing and restorative postures.
This workshop is designed to provide you with the tools necessary to find balance especially when time stressed and/or demotivated. It will be a fun, active workshop that’s accessible for most people.
