Vanessa Angermann

Vanessa began teaching in 2017, just a few years after she had started her own yoga journey and found that mindful movement and breath were the most powerful tools to get out of her head and into her body. Her intention is to inspire self-discovery and to encourage students to become fully present and feel connected. Vanessa is a certified teacher in Vinyasa Yoga and has been trained in Yin Yoga by Jo Phee, senior assistant to Yin Yoga founder Paul Grilley.
