John Cusack

John began practicing yoga in early 2012. What immediately appealed to him about yoga is how it works on a multitude of levels simultaneously. A standard one hour class can have the effect of rigorously working the body on the physical level; creating peace and stillness on the mental level; and lastly connecting with/accessing the higher self on the spiritual level.

John enjoys teaching corporate, private and studio classes around Sydney and maintaining his practice under the guidance of my teacher Eileen Hall (Ashtanga Yoga Moves). Away from the world of Yoga, John enjoys reading, the visual arts, hiking, ocean swimming and above all drinking coffee accompanied by the odd lemon curd tart.
