Class Styles
Vinyasa Flow
Taught in a dynamic, flowing and engaging way with a strong emphasis on breath. So whether you are looking to take a gentler approach to your practice, or work stronger and deeper, you will be well looked after. A basic understanding of fundamental postures is required. Note that each individual teacher will present the class a little differently due to their varied influences and backgrounds. Suitable for most levels.
Slow Vinyasa
Slow Vinyasa is a slower paced class than the Vinyasa classes. In Slow Vinyasa you will have a little extra time and space to practice in a mindful, reflective and responsive way while being supported to grow your practice and progress at your own pace. Note that each individual teacher will present the class a little differently due to their varied influences and backgrounds. Suitable for all levels.
Yin
Yin Yoga uses restorative, floor-based poses to provide support for the immune system and to develop an inner atmosphere of self-inquiry. Yin is an effective and relaxing way to release the muscles and connective tissue of the body. Yin Yoga classes provide an ideal setting to develop or deepen a meditation practice because the physically passive poses are held for several minutes at a time, with the muscles relaxed and the body supported. Suitable for all levels.
Restorative Flow
Restorative flow is a restful practice that encourages you to slow down and release tension from your body and mind. Expect a breath focused class with slow, mindful movement, occasional longer holds in some postures, as well as relaxation practices. Note that each individual teacher will present the class a little differently due to their varied influences and backgrounds. Suitable for all levels.
Community Flow
Community Flow is a class suitable for EVERY body. So whether you are a complete beginner, have pre-existing medical conditions or injuries, are an ageing yogi or even an experienced student who wishes to work on the fundamentals, you are most welcome to this class. It is taught in a slow-paced, inclusive and accessible way. Expect a nurturing experience that will allow you to discover for yourself the benefits of yoga, regardless of age, limitation or fitness level. The 'community' part? These classes are just $15, although current students on any existing passes are welcome to join.Live Stream Classes
How Live Streaming works:
- Classes will be streamed via Zoom so please have it downloaded on your device
- You can book any time up until the start of class. You will receive the Zoom link one hour before class. If you book within this final hour, you will receive the link immediately.
- When booking a class please select the ‘Online' class option in the timetable not the ‘In person’ Class to ensure you receive the link.

- Click on the link in the email to join the class or alternatively go to your account and click on the class link and you're good to go!

Yoga Foundations
6 Week Beginner Course
This course is a grounded introduction to yoga for anyone wanting to begin in a supportive and down-to-earth environment.
Over six weeks, we’ll explore the foundations of the practice through movement, breath, rest and awareness. Each class is designed to build progressively, helping you develop confidence and familiarity at a steady and accessible pace.
Rather than focusing on achieving complicated poses, this course is about learning how to move well, breathe with more awareness and feel more connected to yourself through practice.
Expect a combination of:
- Breaking down foundational postures and alignment
- Simple breathwork and nervous system regulation
- Mindfulness and meditation
- Space to ask questions and learn gradually
- A relaxed and welcoming community atmosphere
This course is for complete beginners or anyone wanting to return to the basics and reconnect with their practice. No flexibility, fitness level or prior experience is needed. Just a willingness to show up as you are.
