Mathew Bergan has been teaching Hatha Vinyasa for the past 25 years. He also runs yoga teacher training through Dancing Warrior Yoga. His flow-based classes utilise the foundations of alignment, individual physical expression and playfulness. A former dancer and massage therapist, Mathew brings a body of knowledge to his classes that affords the practitioner a deeper understanding of alignment and technique. Mathew believes that a yoga practice should be an enjoyable and uplifting expression of life.
