For Teaghan, yoga is a continuous dance with life. Her practice has provided an unshakable home.
Teaghan found yoga when leaving high school, transitioning from a competitive sport lifestyle into holistic movement for the wellness of body, mind and inner being. Since then, she has continued to broaden her knowledge through studying with different yoga and meditation teachers around the world, while creating ways to make these teachings available to others. Her teaching draws upon knowledge from Vinyasa, Hatha and Iyengar Yoga.
Teaghan’s approach to yoga is slow, often strong and detailed through the embodiment of alignment. Her classes are centred around presence in the breath and steeped in reminders of the simplicity and joy of being one’s innate self.
