This workshop is designed to help you build strong foundations for a healthy, sustainable and fun arm balance practice. We will explore progressions toward Astavakrasana (Eight-Angle Pose) and Tittibasana (Firefly Pose) and transitions such as Crow Pose (Bakasana) to Tripod Headstand. You’ll refine your understanding of balance and core integration, and learn how subtle shifts in engagement and alignment can help these shapes feel more accessible and explore transitions.
