Malak is an accredited mental health social worker, psychotherapist, and hypnotherapist, specialising in trauma-informed and neuroaffirming evidence-based therapy for adolescents and adults. Her passion lies in helping individuals break free from complex patterns that keep them feeling stuck.

She focuses on creating strategies to help clients reduce anxiety, navigate adversity, and overcome past trauma. Malak employs a range of therapeutic approaches, including schema therapy, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure response prevention, and clinical hypnosis, to bring about meaningful change.

With empathy, experience, and expertise, Malak supports clients in exploring their unique stories, uncovering their strengths, and working through hurdles that may be holding them back.

As a Medicare provider, clients may be eligible for rebates under the mental health scheme, reducing out-of-pocket costs. Malak is also SIRA accredited and offers sessions covered under the WorkCover scheme.
